Massport to give parking refunds for passengers delayed by Sandy, but it’s complicated

Stranded airline passengers whose cars were stuck at Logan International Airport parking lots in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy can request a partial parking rebate from the Massachusetts Port Authority.

Massport, which runs Logan, will refund fees for the period of time beyond passengers’ originally scheduled return dates.
