Whiff of optimism draws out job seekers

Hundreds of thousands of Americans, among them many who had given up during bleaker economic times, are again looking for work as they perceive improving job prospects in a slowly strengthening recovery, economists said.

Nearly 1 million people have reentered the labor market since September, a trend that contributed to the slight rise in the unemployment rate last month, to 7.9 percent, the US Labor Department reported Friday. While no one welcomes an increase in the jobless rate, economists said a growing labor force is a component of a healthy job market.

Three days and counting. If you want real change, vote Romney!  If not, you can fumble, bumble and stumble for four more years.

If Obama gets reelected the country will go into full recession. Obama doesn't know how to create a job in the private sector. In addition, he and the Dems can't stop spending. I predict a big uptick in unemployment and a big tax increase for the middle class by the summer. A tax on the rich will only fund the budget for eleven days. Obama and the Dems simply do not have enough revenue to pay for all of the entitlement programs. If he wins, you are going to see some real pain a year from now.

The Economy is NOT at a standstill for executives like State Street Corporations CEO Jay Hooley and his Operations VP ALLEN GREENE, they are becoming incredibly wealthy by sending thousands of American jobs to INDIA and harming the economy in Massachusetts, Kansas City MO, and Irvine CA. State Street has sent over 3,200 American jobs to INDIA, by my count - I worked there for 14 years,  in a Joint Venture with SYTNEL CORP (SYNT) of TROY MI.

Jay Hooley and Allen Greene are shipping off the FUND ADMINISTRATION division which is located in Downtown Boston, in increments of 25 -30 jobs a month to PUNEA INDIA. These jobs will be lost at the JOHN HANCOCK tower and the sixth floors above the Copley Square MALL. 750 Fund Administration jobs will be lost from Boston - Good paying middle class jobs perfect for recent college graduates or anyone wishing to enter the Financial Services industry.

Ww as a nation must punish these individuals that are harming our economy and the future of Massachusetts children in a quick bid to make themselves (Jay Hooley and Allen Greene) extremely wealthy. We must demand that our retirement institutions DIVEST in firms like State Street Corp and JP MOrgan Chase, that are off-shoring thousands of Massachusetts jobs and then in some cases, basically lying about it on Public TV - which is incredibly cowardly and pathetic. see the clip below:
