Victorian in Boston has many unique touches

A massive copper beech tree stands guard over this beautiful Queen Anne Victorian with its gingerbread shingling painted teal, light green, and blue. Inside, the foyer has small alcoves with bench seats. The first floor has two spacious parlors with 10-foot ceilings. The first, in the front of the house, has a more formal air, while the second one has a more relaxed tone, and includes a fireplace. Just before the formal dining room is a built-in cabinet with glass door. Floors are original hardwood.

The updated kitchen has white marble counters, cherry cabinets, cooking island, and decorative ceiling beams. A full bath with shower is adjacent. The second floor has a home office in the turret with with 270-degree views. The master is spacious and has good closet space. Two other bedrooms are good sized. The full bath has a whirlpool tub and a separate shower. The final two bedrooms are on the third floor where room size and shape is defined by the roof.
