Stifel Nicolaus upgraded Quiksilver Inc. to “buy” from “hold.” The firm’s analysts said they believe “hints of stabilization” in Europe’s economy suggest a promising revenue and margin picture for the sports outfitter in its coming fiscal year, Dow Jones reported.
