Emo Labs, a Waltham company that has just changed its name to ClearView Audio, said it has raised $1.05 million from private investors as it gears up to unveil a virtually invisible speaker system for audio buffs.

Plans call for ClearView Audio to debut its new speaker system at the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas in early January.
