Dow logs fourth straight weekly decline

Optimism that President Obama and Congress will reach a deal on the budget deficit helped stocks advance Friday. Investor concern about the fiscal cliff has caused a sell-off in stocks since Election Day. ‘Volatility is going to be the hallmark as we go through this process,’ said Mitch Stapley of Fifth Third Asset Management.
