Aflac’s Dan Amos will address Boston College’s Chief Executives’ Club of Boston lunch

Dan Amos, chairman and chief executive of the global insurance giant Aflac, is scheduled to be the keynote speaker at Boston College’s Chief Executives’ Club of Boston lunch on Nov. 29, BC said Tuesday.

Abigail Johnson, president of Fidelity Financial Services, will host Amos’s visit, BC added.


During the event at the Boston Harbor Hotel, Amos is scheduled to deliver a speech titled, “A CEO’s Life: Assessing and Meeting Risk in the Information Age.”

According to BC’s media advisory, Aflac is the 128th largest company in the US, with 7,900 employees, annual revenues of about $22 billion, and more than 50 million customers worldwide.
