Greece faces a tense wait Tuesday for vital bailout money as finance ministers from the 17 European Union countries that use the euro try to reach an agreement on how to put the country’s economic recovery back on the right track. Athens is waiting for a $40 billion loan — part of international rescue package. The loan was due to have been signed off last week at a meeting in Brussels of finance ministers and representatives from Greece’s international creditors.
