I hope their dirt bag CEO and Board of Directors forfeit all of their bonus money.  This country is going to HELL.  Skilled union workers get screwed while the corporate fatcats keep ringing up massive salaries and bonuses.

The private equity group doesn't want to settle. One day is not trying. They want bankruptcy because they will make a lot more money in bankruptcy than in keeping Hostess running.

They may be wealthy with ill-gotten gains, but that doesn't make them decent people.

They can make more money by selling off the pieces than they can producing the products.
