More than 43 million Americans are projected to travel during the Thanksgiving holiday, but a comparatively smaller percentage of them will be from Boston --- that’s largely because locals enjoy being home for the holidays more than folks from other cities do. So concludes a new survey from Inspirato, a vacation club. Among Boston respondents to the survey, 53 percent of those without travel plans cited their fondness for spending the holidays at home, while only 38 percent of respondents nationwide cited the same preference.
