So concludes a new survey commissioned by Inspirato, a Colorado-based vacation club that provides its members with access to a portfolio of luxury vacation homes. In conducting the survey for Inspirato about people’s holiday plans, Harris Interactive polled more than 2,500 adults in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Los Angeles, New York City, Philadelphia, San Francisco. and Washington, D.C. Among Boston respondents to the survey, 53 percent of those without travel plans cited their fondness for spending the holidays at home, while only 38 percent of respondents nationwide cited the same preference.

The survey found that “Bostonites are especially keen on home-cooked Thanksgiving meals,” Inspirato said in a press release.
