State Street Corp. said that its chief financial officer, ­Edward J. Resch, plans to ­retire in 2013. Resch, 60, has been with the Boston-based financial­ services giant for more than a decade. The ­company said he would leave “following the appointment of his successor and an orderly transition of the function.”
