ImmunoGen Inc., a Waltham biotechnology company, has appointed Dr. Charles Morris executive vice president and chief development officer, ­responsible for leading all ­aspects of product development. He reports to Daniel Junius, president and chief ­executive, the company said Monday. Morris had been executive vice president and chief medical officer at Allos Therapeutics Inc. ImmunoGen has three anti-cancer compounds in clinical testing.
