I'm surprised you described the Lumia's screen as "slightly less sharp" than the iPhone 5's: despite the larger screen the Lumia 920 has a ppi of 332 compared to the iPhone 5's 326, which makes it just a touch sharper in terms of pixels per inch.  I've seen both side-by-side and the difference isn't noticeable to me.  So far I'm very happy with mine.  (And after a couple updates they put out battery life has gone from ok to superb, which is always welcome!)

What are those updates, karma?  I'm still getting so-so battery life.  But agree about the display - it's superb.  And people rave about the photos.
