Fantini & Gorga, a Boston-based mortgage banking firm, it has arranged a $12 million refinancing package for a the landlord of a free-standing Marshalls store in Swampscott.

Casimir Groblewski, managing director of Fantini & Gorga, represented landlord Botsini-Paradise Road LLC, a Massachusetts-based commercial real estate investment group, in the transaction.
