Cassidy Turley: Ken’s Foods has bought a Southborough warehouse for $15m

Ken’s Foods Inc., a family owned and operated company that produces dressings, sauces, and marinades, has purchased a Southborough warehouse for $15 million, said a broker involved in the transaction.

The broker is Cassidy Turley, which said that the seller of the 350,000-square-foot warehouse was Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers.

“As a company with its roots in the Commonwealth, Ken’s Foods is looking forward to continued expansion in its home state,” Ken’s Foods chief operating officer Bob Merchant said in a statement. “This new order fulfillment center will help ensure that our customer service is top notch and second to none.”

Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, the commercial real estate firm, represented Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers in the transaction.
