Contractor at Logan fined over pay

Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley has cited aviation services contractor Flight Services & Systems Inc. for failure to pay workers at Logan International Airport, the second such company at Logan to be fined by the attorney general in the past six months.

Coakley ordered Cleveland-based Flight Services to pay a $1,250 civil penalty and $4,129 to 22 wheelchair assistants and other passenger service agents.
