Sullivan & Worcester LLP, a law firm with offices in Boston, New York, and Washington, D.C., said it is opening an office in London.

Geoffrey Wynne, currently head of trade and export finance at British law firm SNR Denton, will head up the new London office, said Sullivan & Worcester, which added that the plan is to recruit a strong team around Wynne.
