I had written that my Charge Key did not work.  I wrote to the company and received a prompt reply suggesting that I use a freah battery.  I bought a new battery (even though my battery did register as charged on my battery tester) and the device did work on my IPhone and IPod but not the IPad.  I wote again and again received a propmt reply re the IPad suggesting that the low wattage given off would not work for the IPad.  I just want to acknowledge the service from Lisa at Dennco with her quick and helpful replies.
