Athenahealth Inc. fell after a downgrade from Leerink Swann to “market perform” from “outperform.” Analyst David Larsen says the market — at least for the Watertown company — may be getting saturated and its growth may be stymied by its winning a big contract recently. And, he wrote, “consensus expectation” for 2014 earnings per share and revenue are too high, given a 50 percent-plus rally in the stock in the past nine months. Athenahealth offers cloud-based services for electronic health records, practice management, and care coordination.
