Dunkin’ Brands Group Inc. rose after the Canton coffee chain disclosed additional plans to expand in California. New accords with franchisees call for the opening of 27 locations in Orange County and the area of California known as the Inland Empire. In addition, Embassy Suites San Diego has signed a franchising agreement to open a Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins combination unit there. Baskin-Robbins is also operated by Dunkin’ Brands. Earlier this year, Dunkin’ disclosed franchising deals in Southern California.
