Demandware’s revenue — and stock — soar

Burlington-based Demandware Inc. posted what it called record results. Full-year revenue was $103.7 million, up 31 percent. Fourth-quarter revenue came in at $35.5 million, a 35 percent increase. Net income for the fourth quarter was $1.8 million, versus $3.2 million a year earlier. Net loss for the year was $20.9 million, compared to a net loss of $8.1 million in 2012. In addition, the company said CFO Scott Dussault is stepping down from the position. He joined Demandware, a leader in digital commerce, in 2008.
