Diamond, the maker of Kettle Chips and Emerald snack nuts, won’t file quarterly results on time despite an extension granted by the Nasdaq Stock Market. Before Monday, the stock had fallen 45 percent since February, when Diamond said it needed to restate earnings. It hasn’t filed reports for the quarters ended Oct. 31 and Jan. 31 and will miss the deadline for the quarter ended April 30. It has been working to strengthen its balance sheet but has left shareholders questioning its financial health and its stock in danger of delisting.
