The largest daily coupon website rose the most in a month after Morgan Stanley upgraded the stock to “overweight,” citing sales opportunities abroad. The Chicago company’s shares have fallen 44 percent since an initial public offering in November. It generates revenue by selling discounts, or Groupons, from businesses. It aims to rebuild confidence after losing $5.8 billion in market value since the IPO.
