A dedicated fund administered by a diverse committee of Globe employees, Neighbor To Neighbor responds to the community needs of our immediate neighborhood.

This committee provides the structure and resources to be responsive to the local community needs. Our employees have indicated that they are concerned about the needs of the residents in the area immediately surrounding the Globe facility in Dorchester. A committee of community minded, concerned individuals functions as an allocation committee.
