The Boston Globe Book Festival
Every autumn, The Globe brings well-known authors to Boston to share their latest books with the reading public. Most events are free, including the children's program. 617-929-2641

Donated Books Program
This program provides free books - fiction, nonfiction, self-help, and other categories of books - to selected nonprofit agencies in Greater Boston. Agencies are invited to The Globe to make selections. 617-929-3017

Book Awards
The Laurence Leathe Winship Book Award
Named for the late editor of The Globe, this award is presented annually for a book with a New England connection - through author, theme, plot or locale. 617-929-3017

The Boston Globe-Horn Book Awards
Since 1967, The Globe and The Horn Book Magazine have annually honored the best in children's and young-adult fiction, nonfiction and illustration. 617-929-3017
