THE National Rifle Association has instructed us that “the only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun” (“The NRA’s extremist fantasy,” Editorial, Dec. 22). I’m eagerly anticipating the NRA’s guidance on how to infallibly distinguish between the two.
