A 24-hour city is a vibrant, accommodating city

It's a great idea. I work out in a 24 hours gym in Norwood. There are never any problems and the patron are as described in the article. Let the gym reapply. It should be approved.

It seems odd how many "community activists" aren't really activist at all, but are really obstructionists.  An Equinox, Fitcorp or LA Gym membership isn't cheap and I'm guessing doesn't draw a rowdy crowd.

In the interest of truth in advertising can I suggest a new motto for Boston Tourism - VISIT BOSTON AND GET A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP -'cause there ain't much else to do.

One day Boston might become a viable, competitive city. This artlcle goes a LITTLE way toward suggesting ways that might happen.

But change, in case anyone hasn't noticed, happens here at the rate of a slow crawl. Because it's always been done this way, let's keep it that way.

It is more the mind set of those "obstructionists" as was noted earlier that breeds the contempt the city has for diversity, innovation, spontaneity and growth.

For crissakes, what do these birds want Boston to become? A smaller version of that Sodom known as New York City?  Makes ya sick.
