The recent Green Street Studios 20th anniversary celebration featured a night of memorable dance, but after the performances were over, revelers hurried out of the black box theater to attend a festive reception with bites and bubbly. Green Street supporter Elaine Shannon, of Brookline, grinned for the camera with her daughter Lila. Nearby, Contrapose Dance director Courtney Peix joined Contrapose dancers Jennifer Lustig, Magdalena Gyftopoulos, and Amy Caine for a toast. Among the 150 people at the reception were three of Green Street’s five founders, Marcus Schulkind, Cheri Opperman, and Ruth Birnberg.
