As many police officers as he’s played on TV and in the movies, Donnie Wahlberg knows a thing or two about cops. So maybe it’s no surprise that Wahlberg, who currently stars in the CBS drama “Blue Bloods,’’ is set to produce a docudrama for TNT called “Boston Blue.’’
