Sox third, er, first baseman Kevin Youkilis and new wife Julie Brady hosted a benefit for the ballplayer’s charity, Youk’s Kids, at the Harpoon Brewery the other night. The event was emceed by NESN reporter Jenny Dell and attended by teammates Dustin Pedroia and Nick Punto as well as Bruins wing Shawn Thornton, WAAF’s Greg Hill, musician Will Dailey, and local singer Kathleen Regan, who performed a few tunes. Youk’s Kids supports organizations that support children in need. … Meanwhile, outfielder Cody Ross and Sox players and their families used some of their off day to get a sneak peek of “Zoorassic Park,” the new animatronic dinosaur exhibit at Franklin Park Zoo. … Why were all those cameras at Splash the other night? WE tv’s show, “Bridezillas,” shot an episode for the upcoming season. … Gisele Bundchen took her son, Benjamin, out for a swing along the Charles Friday. Our tipster says that, judging from appearances, the rumors that Mrs. Tom Brady is pregnant could be true. ... Maxim magazine held its Hot 100 event at New York the other night, and Olives chef Todd English made the scene, along with model Bar Rafaeli and Jenni “JWoww” Farley of “Jersey Shore” fame.
