Dave Matthews will headline this year’s Life is good Festival, organizers announced Wednesday. The lineup for the festival, which takes place Sept. 22-23 at Prowse Farm in Canton, includes Matthews and Tim Reynolds, Sara Bareilles, and Michael Franti & Spearhead.
