Wheelock Family Theatre, whose cofounder and longtime producer Susan Kosoff retired in June, has named her successor. Wendy Lement , who has stepped down from her job as a theater professor at Regis College in Weston, started last week. . . . The Boston Landmarks Orchestra opened its annual summer series this week with the presentation of the Charles Ansbacher Music for All Award. (Ansbacher, who died in 2010, was the founder and conductor of the BLO.) The recipient, who was present at the Hatch Shell to accept the award, was Armand Diangienda , conductor of the Orchestre Symphonique Kimbanguiste in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
