It was August 1996. Susan Kushner Resnick had finished swimming at the Striar Jewish Community Center in Stoughton and fetched her baby from the day-care room when Aron Lieb approached.
“What’s his name?” Lieb asked in a heavy Yiddish accent.

What a great story!
The lack of responsiveness to an individual's needs by the Jewish community is really alarming. It should not have been so difficult to get Aron the care he needed and deserved. It seems like some advocates are more interested in the Holocaust as theory rather than the very real effects on a survivor.
GORGEOUS story! I am moved to tears. Just beautiful. thank you for it!
