Recent bird sightings on Cape Cod (as of Dec. 26) as reported to the Massachusetts Audubon Society.

The wandering little egret was rediscovered near Squaw Island in Hyannis during the Mid-Cape Christmas bird Count. Then it had moved to Buck’s Creek near Ridgevale Beach in Chatham and later Forest Beach in Chatham.
