I t’s noontime on a bright winter Saturday, and at Church restaurant in the Fenway, a group of 20-somethings is enjoying Bloody Marys and Screwdrivers and plates of eggs and toast. Around them, other patrons watch basketball on TV, emitting an occasional whoop.
