¾ ounce Del Maguey
Crema de Mezcal
¾ ounce St. Elder Liqueur
¼ ounce Combier
Juice of ½ lime
2 dashes celery bitters (such as The Bitter Truth)
About 4 ounces prosecco
1. In a shaker filled with ice, combine the mezcal, St. Elder, Combier, lime juice, and bitters.
2. Shake well and strain into a wine flute. Top with prosecco.
