Recipe for So What cocktail

Makes 1 cocktail

1½ ounces gin

½ ounce Green Chartreuse

1 ounce cucumber shrub (see recipe)

1 tablespoon lime juice

8 ounces soda water

6 fresh mint leaves, or more to taste

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, Chartreuse, shrub, and lime juice. Shake well.

2. Double strain the mixture. Pour into a glass filled with ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a couple mint sprigs.
