4 slices cucumber, peeled
Pinch of salt
2 ounces cranberry juice
2 tablespoons simple syrup (made with 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons water heated until the sugar dissolves)
2 tablespoons lime juice
1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle 3 of the cucumber slices with the salt. Add the cranberry juice, syrup, lime juice, and ice.
2. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with the remaining cucumber slice. Adapted from Eastern Standard
