A new taco truck rolls into Cambridge

The food is made with all-natural ingredients whenever possible, the packaging is compostable, and the truck itself runs on propane instead of gas, but let’s cut to the good stuff: The Taco Truck is selling aguacate – fried avocado tacos – on the streets of Cambridge. (The rest of the lineup’s pretty good, too: chicken, braised beef, catfish, chorizo, and grilled vegetable tacos, two to an order; Mexican-style sandwiches called tortas; rice and beans; platanos fritos; chips made from the company’s hand-ground corn tortillas; soups and salads.)
