Serves 4
| 1 | pint strawberries, hulled and quartered |
| 2 | teaspoons honey, or more if necessary |
| Handful fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced | |
| 1½ | cups plain Greek yogurt |
| 8 | squares graham crackers, coarsely crushed |

1. Have on hand four 6-ounce glasses.
2. In a bowl, combine the strawberries and honey; toss well. Add the mint, stir, and set aside for 1 hour. Taste and add more honey, if you like.
3. In the glasses, layer the strawberry mixture with the yogurt and graham crackers, drizzling the yogurt with some berry
