Recipe for strawberry yogurt parfaits

Serves 4

1pint strawberries, hulled and quartered
2teaspoons honey, or more if necessary
Handful fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced
cups plain Greek yogurt
8squares graham crackers, coarsely crushed

1. Have on hand four 6-ounce glasses.

2. In a bowl, combine the strawberries and honey; toss well. Add the mint, stir, and set aside for 1 hour. Taste and add more honey, if you like.

3. In the glasses, layer the strawberry mixture with the yogurt and graham crackers, drizzling the yogurt with some berry
