West Bridge brings balance, invention to Kendall Square
Egg in a jar. West Bridge opened in May, and already the restaurant is known for the dish. Chef Matthew Gaudet layers together potato puree, mushrooms, duck eggs, and crisp duck skin, each part integral to the dish. It takes a great restaurant -- and very talented cooks -- to deliver this kind of unity, consistently. At West Bridge, dishes offer satisfaction through synthesis.
