Beekeeper Noah Wilson-Rich calls honey “nature’s caramel.” Pour it over ice cream and let it sit for a minute or two and it will thicken.
| 1 | pint vanilla, chocolate, coffee, or another flavor ice cream |
| ½ | cup honey |
1. Scoop ice cream into 4 bowls.
