Recipe for ice cream with honey

Serves 4

Beekeeper Noah Wilson-Rich calls honey “nature’s caramel.” Pour it over ice cream and let it sit for a minute or two and it will thicken.

1pint vanilla, chocolate, coffee, or another flavor ice cream
½cup honey

1. Scoop ice cream into 4 bowls.

2. Divide the honey among them, drizzling it on top. Let it sit for a minute. Adapted from Noah Wilson-Rich
