With the hockey season paused until a collective bargaining agreement is reached, hockey reporter Fluto Shinzawa occupies his time in the kitchen.
Fluto Shinzawa's children Wright, 3, and Hana, 6, help prepare dinner by spreading cheese over pizza dough.
During the hockey season, Fluto freezes green raviolis for his wife to serve. Due to the lockout, the Shinzawa family enjoys them fresh.
Fluto and his children prepared a mushroom pizza together, although he usually prefers to cook in solitude.
Wright and Fluto eat their dinner together.
