Treats on Washington Bakery & Cafe is an inviting spot owned by Jessica Brown and Dana Briley, friends and Culinary Institute of America graduates. Among the many holiday confections are miniature pumpkin cheesecakes, individual apple crostados, and baby gingersnap macarons stuffed with pumpkin filling. Traditional pies are also available: apple, apple streusel, pumpkin and pumpkin mousse, sweet potato, and bourbon pecan ($22.95 for 9-inch pies). Place
