A branch of Brazilian chain Fogo de Chão is now open in Back Bay. It is a churrascaria, Brazil’s answer to the steakhouse, specializing in unlimited amounts of meat roasted on skewers and served tableside. Diners get a chip that’s green on one side, red on the other. Put it green side up and chefs begin to arrive, skewers in tow. Turn it to red for a break, then green for more. A salad bar and caipirinhas complete the picture.
