Each year, Boston’s resident punk rock chef Jamie Bissonnette, who cooks at Coppa and Toro, has gathered with “wayward Thanksgiving wandering restaurant people” and friends for the holiday. Until this year. “Unfortunately all good things come to an end, but this is not finished yet,” Bissonnette writes in an e-mail. “This year, we all are taking a break, but together we will do this again, all of us. No matter where we are, we are all family.” The chef took time from his trip to Hong Kong to recount past Thanksgivings with staff and friends, including last year’s “epic” get-together, pictured here.
