1 small sweet potato (about 8 ounces)
1 cup walnuts
Butter (for the pan)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
teaspoon ground cloves
¼ cup sugar
Grated rind of ½ orange
2 eggs
¾ cup plain yogurt
¼ cup vegetable oil
½ cup honey
