    Recipe for tzatziki sauce

    Makes about 4 cups

    Spread this traditional Greek yogurt sauce on bread or use it as a dip for vegetables, a sauce for chicken, meat, or vegetables, or in a sandwich.

    3cups top-quality Greek
    yogurt
    3teaspoons vinegar
    1clove garlic, finely chopped
    1cucumber, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped
    Salt, to taste
    ¼cup chopped fresh dill, or more to taste
    ¼cup fresh mint, or more
    to taste
    2tablespoons olive oil, or more to taste

    1. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, vinegar, garlic, cucumber, salt, dill, mint, and olive oil.

    2. Taste for seasoning and add more salt, dill, mint, or olive oil, if you like. Adapted from Greek International Food Market
