Spread this traditional Greek yogurt sauce on bread or use it as a dip for vegetables, a sauce for chicken, meat, or vegetables, or in a sandwich.
|3||cups top-quality Greek
|1||clove garlic, finely chopped|
|1||cucumber, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped|
|Salt, to taste|
|¼||cup chopped fresh dill, or more to taste|
|¼||cup fresh mint, or more
|2||tablespoons olive oil, or more to taste|
1. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, vinegar, garlic, cucumber, salt, dill, mint, and olive oil.
