Recipe for dill mayonnaise

Makes ½ cup or enough for 6 burgers

½cup mayonnaise
½small shallot, chopped
2teaspoons chopped fresh dill
Juice of ½ lemon
1teaspoon Dijon mustard
Pinch of smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste

1. In a bowl, stir together mayonnaise, shallot, dill, lemon, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Adapted from “Wicked Good Burgers”
